The Resort
The resort offers unique experience for all, such as Canoeing, Fishing, Aquatic Birding, Camping, Hiking Trails or simply lazing by the Pool or Riverside.
On the resort you are likely to encounter amazing abundance of bird life including Herons, Eagle’s, Ground Foragers and the elusive Knysna Loerie, Antelope and many more. As night falls you’ll experience a whole new theater of nightlife including Porcupine, Bats and Owls.
Our Fauna and Flora is steeped in the history of the Khoi with Sara Baartman’s grave in the nearby town of Hankey. We consider ourselves the gateway to the Baviaans Kloof National Reserve. You will pause to honor sunsets that transform the African Sky into a wash of orange and purples, as night falls. Our surrounding nature whispers a special magic & listening to the call of Fish Eagles, while contemplating the endless views.
Superb beaches on our doorstep meet the pristine Fynbos and Gamtoos River. Breathtaking Beach Walks, as well as Horse Beach Rides are also available in the area. Nature lovers can enjoy a unique experience of the Cape's indigenous Fauna and Flora. Jeffrey’s Bay, which is just fifteen minutes away, is where one of the world’s famous Billabong Surfing competitions is held at supertubes.
